“…….It is possible and I deserve……..”
From time to time we all get in a bit of a funk. Fear, self doubt and intimidation can really throw you off course. When you think about it, we humans can be pretty fragile sometimes. While it is not always easy to remove and replace the negative inner dialogue, it is possible. A perfect example is a client I was working with a few weeks ago.

This client was dealing with a heavy dose of self doubt. She was in a particularly dark place and really doubted her self worth.
By the end of the conversation, we had discovered that part of the situation required making a conscious choice and the other part of the solution required them to believe that their desired results were:
1. Possible
and
2. They deserved the desired result.
So we ended the conversation with “…………………..is possible and I deserve……………………….”
The point of the exercise is to remind yourself of what is possible and what you deserve as a human. We often get so caught up in the day to day minutiae that we end up going through the paces, lamenting the paltry results we are achieving. If we can re-focus on the idea that our dreams are indeed possible and that we are indeed deserving, then we can go about the business of setting goals and actually achieving the results we so desperately desire.
