Balancing Act

The beautiful thing about learning to LEAP is that you can apply this method to almost any situation where you are working with people.It works as well in sales as it does customer service. It works with employees and it works with management. It is, to my way of thinking, the best overall system for dealing with people. LEAP even works when dealing with particularly difficult people.
